Scaling a WordPress platform into a Laravel application
A large-scale executive recruitment and talent platform originally developed with WordPress and later re-engineered in Laravel as the platform’s requirements and scale increased.
I led a team of 4 developers during the Laravel development phase, contributing to the platform architecture, development, technical decisions, and ongoing improvements.
The platform supported executive discovery and matching, candidate management, opportunities, interviews, offers, and related recruitment workflows.
